Cabbage Rose is a vintage, timeless traditional floral that can complement virtually any room in the house. This floral pattern is not only a decorators delight but it's been printed on a soft supple fabric that is foam backed to repel winters cold and summers harsh heat for energy efficiency, room darkening and sound dampening. This is an 100% polyester insulated fabric with an rayon backing. The new styling created from pole top panels comes the pole top tie up. Simply slide onto a curtain on rod, pleat fabric to desired height and tie bow to keep in place. The two ties hang fifteen inches below the top of the panel and allow you to tie the balloon shade to any desired height.
